In Search of Maryland's Best Crab Soup

Entry forms are now available for the 11th Annual Crab Soup Cook-Off , to be held at the Maryland Seafood Festival on Saturday, September 9, 2000.

Restaurants from throughout Maryland will be vying for the coveted distinction of being named Maryland's "Premier Creator of Crab Soup". First, second and third place awards will be presented in two soup classifications: Cream of Crab and Vegetable Crab.

Proceeds from the event, which is sponsored by the Capital-Gazette Newspapers, will benefit the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
