The Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Fisheries service announced today that a Delaware man has caught the first specially tagged fish of the Maryland $1,000,000 Fishing Challenge. The tournament, which kicked off on Friday, June 3, runs through sundown on Monday, July 18.
